There are no refunds or deferrals for the Vapor Trail 125. There is a tremendous amount of energy and resources that go into putting on an event of this magnitude, and all proceeds of the Vapor Trail 125 go to Salida Mountain Trails (Our trail stewardship organization), the High School MTB race team, and Central Colorado Mountain Riders (The amazing motorized group that supports our event and the area trails).
IMPORTANT: If you sign up for the Wait List you will be asked for credit card information. Your credit card will only be charged if you are moved from the Wait List to the Race List. We DO NOT contact you if you are on the Wait List to see if you want to be added to the Race List. We move Wait List racers into the race as folks drop out. If you sign up for the Wait List make sure you can race and pay the entry fee.
If you registered to race and cannot race and you know someone who wants your spot in the race, you are allowed to transfer your entry via Bike Reg. Here’s the INFO on how to transfer.
If you cannot find someone to transfer your registration to, please email us at cpcllc29@gmail.com so we can remove you from the roster. This will allow the next person on the wait list to race.
